We Sell Tyres (Wholesale) sales team visited the Williams Formula One factory in Grove, Oxfordshire. The group, who were guests of F1 tyre supplier Bridgestone, enjoyed a guided tour of the factory, including the machine shops and assembly line, the interactive museum and the conference facilities.
“One of the chief engineers gave us a fascinating insight into how a Formula One car evolves by demonstrating what goes into the design and manufacture of certain components, while the Hall of Memories, which charts the Williams team’s achievements and incorporates the actual cars from each era, was really something,” says Sales Development Manager William Mackay.
“This kind of invitation doesn’t come along very often, so it was a really memorable day for all of us and a useful team building exercise too.”
