During these uncertain times with the spread of COVID-19, Grouptyre would like to reassure everyone that the well being of our staff, customers and industry partners remains our top priority. The situation is being monitored closely and we are putting in place additional measures to help with combatting the spread of the virus to safeguard staff and customers alike and to ensure we minimise any disruption to our service levels.
These measures include working from home if possible, holding planned meetings via conference call and following the recommended hygiene procedures as advised by the Government.
Any member of staff who is showing potential symptoms of the virus, such as a high temperature and a persistent cough is being told to self-isolate as per the recommended Government guidelines.
By following all the measures, we hope to be able to maintain continuity of service levels. At this stage of the outbreak, we are monitoring all employees and working 24/7 to mitigate any service level disruptions.
Please be assured if there are any service-related issues due to the outbreak or availability shortages we will keep you informed accordingly.
